Subscribe to RSSAs dark UFO videos go, this clip showing flashing lights over Jerusalem is certainly a puzzler. A bright speck seems to descend toward the skyline, around the location of the Dome of the Rock (also known as the Temple Mount). A minute into the clip, there's a bright flash, then the speck shoots up from the skyline. This version of the Jan. 28 clip shows two side-by-side videos, captured by observers who were virtually side-by-side as well. "Have fun debunking this one," the YouTube user who posted the video writes.
Here's another version, which sounds as if it was shot by a group of tourists. "We've seen 'em in Mississippi like this," one observer can be heard saying.
Debunkers might note that the views come from perspectives that could make nearby objects seem farther away and faster-moving. Or they might wonder whether the whole thing was faked. Over at HowStuffWorks, Marshall Brain offers a smorgasbord of videos aimed at pointing out the traces of image processing.
I think this is going to be one of those shaky-camera sightings that will live on in UFO lore without making much of an impact in the wider world. But what do you think? Feel free to leave your comments about the Jerusalem Lights.

Very cool. This might go down as one "very hard to explain" sightings. It looks like the same type of object caught from the space shuttle maybe 10 years ago.
Its a laser pointer mounted on a tripod, the blinking red lights hovering are red laser prism lights mounted on the same tripod. The video has been edited and there just happens to be more than one video.The flash, was video editing software. Hoax Hoax
Wither are not these videos are pictures of real UFO's doesn't really matter, a large number of folks will assert they are real aliens videos and give all manner of proofs to the affirmative, but just as many folks will give proofs and counter claims that these videos are just another hoax in long line of hoaxes. Until the aliens land on the White House lawn, as it were, and hang out with the international press corps we will not have definitive proof. Those who believe in UFOs and extraterrestrials can heave a huge sigh of relief. The reality optional people will cry foul and give biblical quotes as to why this can't be happening. Oh well! The only planet we can really study, teams with life, it is everywhere. From the tops of the high frozen mountains to the bottom of the cold dark seas. And everywhere in between. When we finely get past low earth orbit and begin to study exobiology we will find life everywhere we go. In astonishing places, and in even more astonishing quantities. And if I'm still when alive when we have first contact, I will be greatly pleased, and content with the universe.

To those who say, "Why would a super advanced race be dumb enough to fly around in bright, lit-up ships," I say, how much effort do we put into disquising our vehicles when we go on an African safari? Sorry, but this video isn't so easy to debunk. Different frame rates/processing speeds can account for the slightly different timing in the different videos. Play the same video on two machines, and you'll see the timing start to fall off. As for the wobbly brick wall as compared to the horizon, my own digital video camera does that, especially when filming a dark scene with the image stabilizer on. It's very annoying. And why would someone with video editing software insert an awkward flash? I've seen that effect on other UFO videos just when the UFO starts to jump away. It's probably an optical illusion of some sort produced by their propulsion system. Folding space?

The video is fake, probably created with Adobe After Effects. Look up the UFO in Haiti. That looks even more real, but was also created in an animation program. The second video with the tourists are fake too. How fake? I took the same exact picture the people used in that video and made my own cheap looking video. You can find it on YouTube called the "The Third Video of the UFO over Jerusalem". If you still wanna believe it after that, then be my guest.

Yes, any night-imaging of U.F.O. is immediately suspect. The sky is filled with lights in the night sky, while distance, size, and speed cannot be accurately estimated in the overall. It is however, a genuine U.F.O. That definition does not suggest in any way an other world alien visitation.

I know how to get photos of UFS. First you get a used Kodak camera, make sure it has a plastic lens then go hunting or a UFO. Its a sure thing. You also find strange creatures with hair in forests. Then go home and take your meds.
I care less about the videos - now that they're out - and want to know more about what people are saying who were actually IN the city AT that time, and WHAT they saw... I mean ya, hurray, we have 3 videos, possibly a 4th embelished one that cynics are saying is a planted one (the mississippi version) so that cover-up pros have something to work with. Regardless, IF this ball descended WHERE it apparently descended, at the TIME it descended, are there now a few people who were out at 1am, walking, cruising, hanging around outside when this happened??

I haven't seen the HowStuffWorks "debunking" of this yet, it's not available from where I am right now, but this video is admittedly hair raising. I noticed that as the object/light descends, the camera view wobbles a bit from left to right and the position of the light wobbles with it. If someone had put the light in later, they'd have to be pretty careful to match the movement. Not impossible to do, mind you, but if it's a fake, it's a very good one.
The object/light rushing back skyward is obviously the most fascinating moment in the clip. I thought to myself, hmm... Elisha, Jesus, Muhammad... who'd they come back for this time?
I don't know what to make of the faint red lights in the sky. Maybe Ezekiel knew.

Nope. Not these days. You're behind on the times son. Software does that automatically with "Point of Reference" memorization. The software will just remember where you wanted it in relation to the background/foreground.
Also, the guy being video taped has a very unnatural movement that looks like the video is being sped up. There's also an odd clarity to the flash when the rest of the video is slightly blurry, no the mention the point of origin or center of the flash is nowhere near the floating light, it's way off to the left of it. This video is not very convincing to me.
Believe? Don't believe? Anyone who has the least tiny bit of faith in GOD should wonder, If GOD is all knowing and all powerful why would he only create life on this one measly planet when he created a whole universe? There is intelligent life out there, we just aren't intelligent enough to accept it. Beam ME up Scotty ! I'm ready to explore.
Just wanted to add that My friend on the 28th around the same time and day took a pick of a slow moving object that made no noise and had three glowing objects like a mile long boomerang over La, California. I tell yah the more research you do on this subject the more and more real it becomes that there is life from another planet here and something its about to happen thats going to change the way we look at things

I've seen a real ufo with my own eyes(not close up). That doesn't mean I'm going to believe every fake video that pops up. These fake videos do nothing but deter from any real evidence that may be out there. Fake videos such as this do nothing but piss me off, and prove the ignorance of the rest of society especially when there's so much wrong with it. The only way to explain what I've seen is that it was either aliens, or a school class from the future on a history "field trip". Fake videos make a joke of the whole thing. Every video should be thoroughly debunked whether you believe in aliens or not...
I like to sit on a roof top at 1 am and shoot random videos too.

I see your point, but assuming that this isn't a hoax, they likely got the camera out after they initially saw the thing. I mean, if you saw a UFO and had immediate access to a video camera, I bet you'd grab that camera as fast as possible to take video footage, regardless of what time of day it was.

Excuse me smarty..what you see as a light is ionized air around the object. The glow is produced by the propulsion system it uses. It's not a car idiot but surely a Unidentified Flying Object...and there where several cameras that caught view of the UFO that night so that rules out computer generated. Except it, they exist. The Universe is massive, awful waste of space if they didn't exist

it is interesting indeed, still no word from anyone else in that area. the sudden burst of light right before shooting back into the sky.... people on the ground in that area would have had to seen heard or felt something.
The man standing in the video is lowering his arm with the light and it looks like there is light on his hand or something.

The reason I don't validate Clyde's comment is not due to it's religious nature. It is due to the poor spelling, grammar, and incoherent nature of his post. And for someone who claims to have studdied the bible for 25 years he still writes like he's in grade school. Actually it's NOT a UFO. It's a computer generated image which is niether flying, nor even there in the first place. That does not constitute a UFO.
The howstuffworks link really clearly points out the obviousness of how fake this is. I thought it was real for sure until i saw the videos on that link.
ok, lets put two and two together. israel is one of the most militarily advanced nations in the middle east. they have access to US and British technology. could this just be a harrier fly over?

Lets put two and two together. There is no possible way this was a harrier flyover. Its either fake or its real. But its definitely not a harrier jet flyover. First of all, jets make noise, lots of noise. I live in Israel currently, and I hear them fly over daily. Second, it is restricted airspace. third, Harrier jets or even the new F-35 joint strike fighters cant possibly do the types of maneuvers depicted in the video. The harriers can do vertical takeoffs, but not at that speed, plus they don't look like glowing balls, and they certainly couldn't perform the types of acrobatics you see in the video. Nothing conventional we or anyone else has can do that, at least nothing built by humans.
These videos are either CGI,top secret technology of human origin, or possibly even extra terrestrial in nature. The 3rd video shot by the southern (American) women is fascinating because it shows the same incident from a different vantage point, and that would imply a large conspirac of at least a half dozen people from different ethnic backgrounds (Israeli, American and Asian). The most interesting part for me is the close up video, where the comments indicate authentic reaction by the many tourists, including people speaking in an Asian dialect, sounding like Mandarin Chinese or Japanese. If this is a fake, its a heck of a fake utilizing hoaxers from three different continents.
What I think is also fascinating is that there is not a peep about it on local Israeli news like Ynet or the Jerusalem Post. You would imagine you would here something about it, fake or real........
I think this case deserves much more analysis before any conclusions can be drawn.
Nobody notice that the "Flash" just before the dot went skyward was closer to and to the left of the white Dot, in the prospective filmer...
I say computer enhancement or a filmed faux. Harriers lift slower than a helicopter for at least 4 or 500 feet before the full force of the lift makes them haul ass... I'm 100% certain that was a man generated dot...

Fasinating @!$%#. Despite not having the privilege of living in a free and open society over there, it must be nice to step outside into the fresh air (after putting down each threat and national interest intelligence primer that somehow forces me to be more productive instead of less) and just wonder about life's greatest mysteries.
Because Bill Oreilly is about to become our North Star for fair and balanced news as commander and chief nut job sets up the trigger points for our generations next major pressure cooked conspiracy (fact) cottage industry and threat exploitation to stay off death row.
I've seen some real neat crazy stuff in the last year, but anything that finds its way into the classiest places probably does it for their benefit and is obviously of extreme intelligence.
This is clearly a genuine video folks. Also another was doing it too on the right at the same time. Whats to debunk here but then again you got people who refuse to believe when they see something for real and would rather accept a lie than the truth.
I myself visually saw 200 plus in the sky in Thailand on November 20th, for 6 solid hours. The displays and signs and star signs they showed was awesome. 4 of these ships hovered above my house. One came down and it was huge estimated about 2 miles diameter. The ground around me turned Reddish/Orange, and the city dogs including mine were barking like crazy all during those 6 hours. Dogs can hear super high frequency, whereas humans cannot. Right now there are 4 beacon/spheres fixed that flash multi colors NSEW precisely to our magnetic pole. They have been there since December 18th (when I first noticed them) up to now.
When the flash was taken folks it came from above that white UFO and the freeze frames prove it. There was another ship hidden from view high above and only showed itself after the white UFO shot up to the sky at a super duper crushing G-Force speed. The red lights appear to be circling around showed it was also moving around definitely indicating a much larger hidden UFO not wanting to be seen. Additionally there was a witness who made a statement he just got done praying at the Temple Mount and was leaving at the time when the flash occurred. According to that statement the flash came from above. This adds more credibility to the video as well.
I suspect they took a pic to show one of their spaceships above the mount more likely a unmanned vehicle and to prove who they are and their existence at a later time when doubters will come about etc and maybe perhaps to probably also pinpoint the spot to us where the original Jewish Temple once stood at before its destruction in 70 A.D, which will settle the disputed territory once and for all so there can be peace there. I pray that this is the case, but again its only speculation.
That white UFO hovered between the Dome and the ??? building on south end absolutely with clarity, indicating to me that it has to be the original spot where the Jewish Temple once stood before it was destroyed in 70 A.D. If this is true, it will add further credibility to the Jewish claims that the mount belongs to them and to no one else.
It will not surprise me that the Islamic/Muslim/Arab side will try to take or make the claim so I therefore make this notice to them and to everyone!!!! > that any claim made in reference to this incident and the UFO, is clearly proven to all. Had the UFO hovered directly above either the Dome or their ??? building located at the south end, then they can make such statement. Since this white UFO hovered BETWEEN those two buildings, it hovered over a vacant spot that had a building there and it was once there in the past and that spot is where the original Jewish Temple once stood.
We are most fortunate to have been able to capture this event. Give thanks to the UFO aliens folks.
I still cannot get over on how fast that white unmanned UFO took off going upwards. We have seen how they can make a instant 90 degree turn traveling at a high rate of speed in the sky, have seen from NASA footage of how fast they can accellerate in space, but nothing like this on the ground until today.

As with any and all of these video's why are their only 2 or 3 'user captured' video's? Looking at the high profile sight this object visited, where are the security camera's (which are all over that dome) ; There should be at a min 6-10 camera's on that property that should have picked up that; and were talking very high resolution PTZ 360 degree camera's....
I often thought of creating similar video as a joke. Me and my friends would capture same, for example, building from several locations and then I would use software to generate some similar effects for all those videos...
I think that this is a fake, but I am nost 100% sure. The object later at video, that hovers in the air, looks like Aurora - uncovered airplane.
It looks great only one mistake, in the close up video there is no flash before the ball takes off !!!! Did any one else noticed?
There are no such things as aliens but this is supernatural. These UFO sightings aren't old they have been happening for centuries. If you do your research ancient civilizations saw these "flying things" and worshiped the beings inside as gods. They talked about these "dieties" traveling in flying chariots and/or discs. Hmm flying discs sound familiar? I honestly believe these to be not from another world... but another dimension. They pop up on military radar all the time and disapear just as fast. People that have seen these flying things have said that they materialized and dematerialezed before their eyes. They also appear to be able to change shape, travel at speeds that can out run our airforces fighter jets and make 90 degree turns. Yes people have been ubducted but most that have been ubducted were also part of anarchys or were not christian. These 'aliens' experimented on them and sexually abused them. They also seemed to go out of their way to tell these victims that Jesus Christ is not the son of god, The Lord did not make us, they did and in their image.Satan doesn't like the Lord and neigther do his followers so why wouldn't they say that? He is also called the prince of the sky. And whats are we seeing in our skies? UFO's. And who's in these UFO's? Not aliens. I belive them to be the Nephilim. In the days of Noah, when the earth was flooded these Nephilim were just wandering spirits. They had nowhere to go. These were giants that had unbelievable strength. I think its a pretty interesting video. The beam of light seems to shoot straight down in a slow manner and then launch off pretty fast. Can't think of too many things that can do that, especially in Jerusalem. UFO could be a possibility, but also why would these people be randomly video taping and happen to catch this "thing" coming down at that moment. Maybe is a coincidence or maybe a hoax. I'm sure we'll never find out anyways. Maybe check Wikileaks!

To Bobby, I agree with some of what you say. There is a lot of misinformation out there. This could be a hoax but if it is, it is just another lie that we are being fed. The masses are being conditioned and confused. I believe that we ARE living in the last days. Strange things are happening everyday. We have been instructed by GOD to "WATCH" for the "SIGNS"! It couldn't be more IN YOUR FACE sort of speaking. People need to wake up and accept Jesus into their hearts. Time is running OUT! Go in peace dear brother. People who mock GOD are blind. I doubt a helicopter can travel at those speeds. If it was a helicopter how do you explain the incredible flash of light? Or the other giant ufo in the skay that it retreated to?
It would be interesting to see if any surveillance cameras nearby captured the flash.
I have to say, it's fun to speculate. I guess we'll never really know. Still fun...
I watched the three videos I could find on this, all shot from different perspectives, and there are videos that do side by side comparison of two of them, synchronized.
If it's a fake, then I'm damn impressed. This would be hard to fake from three different perspectives of the same event.
The speed of the damn thing shooting off straight up at the end is impressive. No known military technology can do that.
I'm not convinced it's aliens, it could be very advanced military technology.
But it's definitely one or the other, this wasn't a hoax.

Trust me that object was a unmanned alien craft and the bigger spacecraft was hidden and hovering high up above it. It only revealed itself after the White UFO craft shot up.

UFO's are now REAL folks. Like it or not, and the shocker is yet soon to come when THEY decide to finally make themselves really known. This is the first phase and the second phase will be they will come down even closer so we humans can visually see them with such clarity and clearness of their spaceships of various shapes and sizes. Phase three will be forcing the Governments to openly acknowledge their existence and admit to all that they are real and do exist. Phase 4 will be when the official contact will take place in Space on one of their Motherships and such will be viewed worldwide and reported by all. At that time then they will tell us why they are here and of their purposes. This is when it gets real hairy because we do not know if it will be a good agenda or a bad agenda and it can go either way. Keep in mind that they have the power and ability to do as they wish. We don't have much of a choice as that video clearly shows you some of their ability and they are able to cloak themselves unseen by our naked eyes.
Care to attach some dates to the phases you predict so authoritatively?
Hal we are seeing the first phase right now live with our own two eyes. What more you want. They will decide on their own phase two, which more likely will be to re-inforce to all of us that they are indeed not some ghost OK. They will make it so that we can view them much more clearer than what we see now. The rest of it will soon follow at a time THEY designate not I.
If the phase 2 ever takes place then come back and tell me your thoughts. What I said before is my prediction regarding phase 2 onwards. Betcha I am right. If you can do better let me know.

Since I don't buy your assumptions, I don't intend to make any predictions other than that people will go on seeing lights in the sky until hell freezes over, and that people like you will go on assuring us that "The truth is out there". At least the 2012 predictions have an expiration date. ;-)

Stop harrassing people with your half baked paranoia. If aliens were this advanced, why oh why would they give a flying f*** if our HUMAN GOVERNMENTS told us all that they were real. A civilization as advanced as spacefaring extraterrestrials simply wouldn't care, and generations of aliens couldn't possibly care about poking their noses in then running away. So first and second phase are when they make themselves vaguely known I gather? There must be some chronic procrastination going on since sightings have been happening for over 40 freakin' centuries. Your phases make no damn sense, your belief in our governments honesty is very naive, and so simply can't back up anyting you are saying.
I for one understand the possiblities. Could it be advanced human tech no one knows about? Maybe. Could it be aliens snooping around for a cow to rape? Also maybe. Could it be angels or demons or purple monkeys vacationing here at our lovely earth as a pit stop through the cosmos? Who knows.
Fact of the matter is, we simply don't have enough information available to prove anything at the moment. So, I am content to get on with my life, and wait to see what happens.
I Pan,I live in Cyprus and last May I saw exactly the same Deep Yellow Balls,size of the moon,one came over my house in the hills and I watched it with neighbours,first slowly and then hoverning over Pafos Town,and then at great speed over the sea,another followed about two minutes later,but this one didn't hover it, kept the same speed, and followed the other over the sea into the horizon.Many people in Cyprus saw this.I tried to look up the videos but can't seem to connect...anyway look up Cyprus UFOs,also there is a company on Cyprus working with Israel making unmanned drones, that change shape according to temperature and weather conditions...could be experiments...God knows what Israel is making to protect itself!
This is one of the weirdest vids I have ever seen. Forget the ball of light. The red lights up in the sky appear to form a pattern, like the outline and center of one of those BIG triangles people see all over the world. Then, to my eye, if you focus on ONE light, it looks like it is a ship TURNING clockwise. Check that out!
Its amazing what reflections can look like on a sheet of glass, especially if you change the angle of the glass. You could make a light come down and go up easy. Same with the red blinking lights. It would be easy to fake this.

Quite possibly. It's always interesting how people just HAPPEN to be filming when something like this occurs. It get's suspicious.

Setting it up the same way a special effects guy does, when they do movies. Thats how. All it takes is working out how it should look from 3 different spots. Not that hard to do with a little imagination and the will.
I doubt that you could make a big flash of light with a mirror or have the original light go perfectly strait down, stay in the same spot exactly and make all those flashing red lights move in syncronization

They broadcasted those videos shortly right after the incident. Go check it out. There is a WITNESS that was at the mount at the time of the flash, there are 3 videos showing this at 3 DIFFERENT ANGLES, regarding this incident and yet you got the frickin balls to say its a fake. jesus h christ. If I told you the sky is black you will argue to me saying its blue. The sky is actually black but the sunlight reflection within the atmosphere gives the blue hue look.
I myself saw 200 plus personally in Thailand on November 20th, from 6:30 PM to 1:30 AM for 6 solid hours watching the awesome displays and designs in the sky and the entire city of dogs barking like crazy, including mine. Why all the dogs bark. They can hear super high frequency that is beyond human hearing and that is why they all went nuts.
What soul train did you arrrive in??????, so please let us know. Get real will you. Most people don't have the time or equipment let alone have the knowledge to be faking such as you probably already have done.
